These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Browslium application, website, browser extensions, content-filtering services, device-management features, support services, and related products provided by Browslium LLC ("Browslium," "we," "us," or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Browslium, you agree to these Terms. If you use Browslium on behalf of an organization, school, business, family, or managed-device environment, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms and manage the relevant devices or accounts.
2. Authorized Use
Browslium is intended for lawful content filtering, device protection, policy enforcement, and account or device administration. You may use Browslium only on devices, accounts, networks, or environments that you own, control, administer, or are legally authorized to manage.
You may not use Browslium for covert surveillance, unauthorized monitoring, stalking, harassment, unlawful interception, unauthorized access, or any use that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.
3. Managed Devices and Administrative Responsibility
If you deploy Browslium through mobile device management, supervised device management, configuration profiles, enterprise tools, school deployment, family administration, or similar management systems, you are responsible for ensuring that the deployment is lawful, properly authorized, and consistent with the device ownership model and applicable consent requirements.
Administrators are responsible for configuring filtering rules appropriately, informing users where legally required, maintaining account security, and preventing unauthorized access to management features.
4. Content Filtering
Browslium may allow, block, hide, mute, replace, review, classify, or log digital content according to configured rules, technical permissions, operating-system limitations, and service availability. Filtering decisions may be automated and may use local processing, server-side processing, or third-party service providers.
No filtering system is perfect. Browslium may incorrectly block permitted content or incorrectly allow restricted content. You are responsible for selecting settings appropriate for your intended use and reviewing results where necessary.
5. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and administrator access. You agree to provide accurate information and to promptly update account information when necessary. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, except where caused by Browslium's own breach of these Terms or applicable law.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Browslium may offer free, paid, trial, or subscription-based services. Purchase terms, renewal terms, cancellation rights, refunds, and billing procedures may depend on the platform or payment provider used for the purchase.
If you purchase through the Apple App Store, Apple's payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund processes apply. If Browslium later offers direct billing or third-party payment processing, additional billing terms may apply.
7. Privacy
Browslium's data practices are described in our Privacy Policy. By using Browslium, you acknowledge that we may process information as described there, including information necessary for content filtering, authorized device management, account administration, support, diagnostics, security, and legal compliance.
8. Third-Party Services
Browslium may rely on third-party services for infrastructure, payments, artificial intelligence, content classification, analytics for reliability, diagnostics, or customer support. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Intellectual Property
Browslium, including its software, design, branding, logos, website, documentation, features, and related materials, is owned by Browslium LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute Browslium except as permitted by law or by written agreement.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse Browslium, attempt to bypass security, interfere with service operation, access accounts or devices without authorization, use the service for unlawful monitoring, upload malicious code, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use Browslium in a way that violates applicable law.
11. Service Changes and Availability
Browslium may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, plans, or services. We may also perform maintenance or update filtering methods. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12. Disclaimers
Browslium is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Browslium does not guarantee that all unwanted content will be blocked, that all permitted content will be allowed, or that the service will meet every specific requirement.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Browslium LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or service unavailability arising out of or related to use of Browslium.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Browslium if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create security risk, fail to pay amounts due, or use the service unlawfully. You may stop using Browslium at any time, subject to applicable subscription terms.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice by website, app, email, or another reasonable method. Continued use of Browslium after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
